Pros
Good medical benefits program. Matching 401K program. Pension vests in three years. Some divisions appear to foster employee retention.
Cons
Little or chance of advancement. High attrition, and employees who leave are not replaced, so that work load and pressure increase. Broad division between management and employees, to the point that communications are discouraged. Many slogans regarding "employee engagement," with no follow-through.
