Pros
There are some outstanding professionals in the field who are dedicated to customer service & the Group's image but in corporate centre - If you just want to skate by, don't like the effort of continuous improvement or don't have the courage to engage in healthy constructive criticism this is the place for you.
Cons
Group CEO is master in the art of do as i say and not as i do & surrounds himself with people who tell him what he wants to hear. Real shame.
