      Pros

      Enterprise rent a car provedes great training and great real world experience. And most importantly after working there for a while I tought me how to sell.

      Cons

      I can go on forever about this, but management will push you aside if you aren't one of their chosen few. Very few people ever make it past branch manager, just because there isn't the opportunity that they sell so hard on. And it is so political. There are many other things, but that is the most important one to me.

      Pros

      Other companies will be impressed that you survived working for ERAC.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, no lunches, no life and if you do all this ... a few years later, when you are finally making money as upper management. .. they will kick you to the curb. ERAC makes money by aiming to rent every car, book too many reservations, understaff their offices, and let their employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Customers are on the average dissatisfied, their ESQI ratng system is a joke.
