Pros
It a good place to start a career for those who are straight out of college. The do have a good training program, and most of the people you work with are fun to interact with. It does provide you with a variety of things to do per day, so you are never bored. The have a really good benefits package with reasonably priced health care. The match on the 401K and let you track that on your own. Many people fault the pay, but for someone staight out of college, the pay is actually pretty good. The do condone employee fraternization after hours, and provide for some fun happy hours.
Cons
There is no real leadership, as the people in charge are often inept. They bully people to buy the add-ons, and berate you because you can't do that your self. You have to learn to live with lying to customers all day long. Most of the time you're just dealing with organized chaos. The career opportunities they speak of all come about because the turnover rate is so high. 90% of all people hired will quit of be fired before they reach two years with the company. If you make it past the two year mark, you have to be watching your back all the time, because you know they are gunning for you. The promotion process does not make sense in that all you have to do is interview well. They do not base promotions on merit, just how well a person is able to interview.
