Pros

If you are just getting out of college and need a job, Enterprise is a job where you don't have to do any heavy lifting and you get to wear shirt and tie. They are on most major job sites and have multiple location in almost every city. They teach you how businesses work and that's not always a good thing. You will have the opportunity to drive a lot of cars, so when you go shopping for cars, you'll know which ones are the good brands to buy. They give the management trainees a lot of decision making abilities and they even manage the car preps and drivers.

Cons

You work. I worked 65+ hours every week. If you are married and/or have kids, this is not the job for you. You also have to lie to customers everyday and sometimes cheat people. Employee have to suck up to the worst people our society has to offer. Don't buy expensive shirts and ties because you will ruin them from all the cars you will have to wash every day. Even if there is a car prep at your branch, they will need help washing cars. The customers you will have treat the cars as if they are disposables. You'll be luck if a smoked out car is the worst you get and trust me it can and will get a lot worst. Lets just say that crack pipes and used condoms were common in cars and they were from white collar corporate customers.

Pros

If you can't find a better paying job doing something else coming out of college. If you did not get a degree in business or goofed off in college then this is the place for you. The average employee is a good hard working person trying to make a better life for themselves or their family. It will eventually help open doors to other opprotunites in the world, but they are all mainly in sales management/customer service orientation. If you likr to work at least 55 hours a week this is def. the job you want to apply for. Though, using a company car as a manager is a decent perk.

Cons

Total lack of life outside of work.

Pros

starting out of college to get experience. Tough work though, and the pay is insanely low.

Cons

long hours, don't respect work life balance. Almost frowned upon to take vacation. There is defintely a "have and have not" mentality at ERAC. If you are liked, they can justify your promotion. If you are not, they can also justify that. Though deal when the people that run your company only have Bachelor Degrees and don't really have master or Business degrees.
