Pros

The benefits are second to none. You won’t have to pay for any kind of medical appointment or issue. Leadership is supportive and the team is great, high expectations but why would you work for a company like Epic if that wasn’t what you’re looking for? Pay is good, culture is open, largely remote.

Cons

Employees are definitely on the older side, so if you’re a younger person there can be a hurdle there socially. It’s a bit chaotic; Epic runs like a startup, so getting the resources you need when you need them can sometimes be difficult, and there’s a general lack of structure that’s great for some people and hard for others.

Company allows mobbing and toxicity

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Salaries and working conditions are good, although a lot of perks disappeared in the last few years. Projects can be very interesting.

Cons

They won't even blink on a sign of mobbing and toxicity - they force bullied people to leave, and they keep and even promote bullies. Incredibly toxic and dishonest environment.
