Out of touch leadership, punishing workload

Pros

Great benefits package, unlimited time off for those actually able to use it

Cons

Ever-decreasing team sizes with a "do more with less" directive coming from leadership, execs' visions and goals are not in line with reality, no training given to leadership resulting in leads who know nothing about managing people

Pros

Best-in-class talent working on world's best technology Amazing, generous employee benefits

Cons

The company is a personality cult. The CEO isn't himself really driving it, but the president obsesses over everything and has created a organization-wide paranoia.

Not worth it.

Pros

The money. That’s really it.

Cons

I have never before experienced a company managed with such arrogance and hubris before Epic. Teams are overly political, the expectations for work are insane (constant crunch, no breaks ever, timelines 1 quarter of the duration you’d have at any sane company) not to mention it seems the whole company is held together with chewed up bubble gum and coffee stirring sticks and ready to collapse at any moment
