Very forward thinking company with top technical management. Solid reputation with lots of opportunities to interact with latest technology in the field. Excellent benefits go above and beyond the industry norm. Strong sense of family.

Cons

Issues with project scope on occasion, often seem to be over committed. Rapid growth may be affecting company culture and employee camaraderie.

Pros

Generous vacations and benefits, well stocked kitchen, beautiful area, lots of great events and close to everything cool in the area. An amazing place to work

Cons

Not much to say here. I can't think of anything other than the summers get a bit warm and humid. This past year it rained a lot, but it did make everything green.
