Pros

The company itself is brilliant and I loved working there for the most part. There are a ton of smart people working at the company who are completely open to helping each other out.

Cons

My department was terrible. Management was bad and HR complaints weren't handled well or at all. Morale took a hit and the majority of the team is unhappy.
