It is the 'norm' to work 50+ hours. - No work-life balance. - Upper management is an absolute joke, and they don't care about their staff. They wait to look at anything until the last minute and then change it all, so people have to crunch due to mismanagement. - Overqualified people are put in jobs with long hours that don't give them any satisfaction, just a lot of work. No perspective for promotions unless you play the political game well. - Everyone thinks they are a little bit too awesome
