Pros

It's exciting to work for a company that's truly changing the game of gaming and production.

Cons

Really poor communication across the company, and a lack of visible leadership. Lots of confusion and stress that could be easily avoided with better cross-team collaboration.

Pros

Salary, Benefits, Health Insurances, Flexible times.

Cons

Tim has a long-term vision, but this doesn't ripple down as the company works with chaotic chain of command. Most departments are driven by engineering directors with short-term vision (rarely beyond 6 month), leading to inefficiencies and tech-debt. Many intermediate decisions aren't user-centered, but a default non-choice for the benefit of some cowboy programmers let loose with toxic egos, dismissive attitudes and poor product design skills.
