Pros

Was really nice and fun, felt busy at first.

Cons

Get really tired and burned out. Additionally, our team is not really "Helping" the users due the harsh policies.

Pros

Benefits like, healthcare, unlimited PTO (you never get a chance to take time off with a ton of work load)

Cons

Not a great company to work for unless you are a workaholic, they will make you work 50-60 hours a week without overtime pay unless your manager is empathetic.

Pros

Competitive pay with decent benefits,

Cons

Long hours with lots of crunch especially after mass layoffs. CEO and upper management have unreasonable development demands requiring additional work right up until deadlines. Difficult to move laterally or upwards.
