Pros

Health benefits are top notch, unlimited PTO/summer breaks are nice, people are generally good people

Cons

The benefits no longer outweigh the chaotic, burnt out environment and culture that epic has. Very little focus on maintaining processes, laid off the people dedicated to working on improvements/maintaining resources so now things are breaking and no one has time to fix it. Started to feel pressure /guilt trips from leadership to not take as much time off even though there is an unlimited PTO policy. Having to crunch and getting lots of urgent work thrown our way, but when performance reviews come around they can’t tell us what rating we received. It has become demotivating, and even though the benefits are amazing I probably won’t stay much longer
