Pros

Amazing Neiman Marcus level health benefits. Occasional free swag. People, most non management great to work with. Pto.

Cons

Massive Layoffs without warning ⚠️, and now stuck without Healthcare when I needed it most. No life insurance now. Upper management has no clue what makes Epic run properly, detached from the real world.

Pros

Great health benefits. Good salary. Learned a lot great Unreal Engine knowledge. Met many very talented and awesome people.

Cons

Mass layoffs with no warning. Poor management at the top can cause a lot of churn.

Pros

- GREAT Benefits - Really cool and talented people to work with - Great Pay

Cons

- Significant spend on litigation, which can feel disproportionate compared to investment in internal processes, tools, and employee support - At times, the company can feel over-leveraged in terms of priorities, leading to heavy workloads and shifting focus without clear long-term alignment - Not always a strong “team-first” culture — some teams operate in silos, which can make cross-functional collaboration more difficult than it should be - Perception that executive leadership does not consistently prioritize employee experience, particularly around recognition, workload balance, and career development
