Pros

Great culture, benefits, atmosphere, and coworkers

Cons

There was a period where the company hired a bunch of corporate non-technical/gaming people for leadership roles and they twisted the company and CEOs beliefs to suit their own needs. They slowly brought the department I was in into a corporate environment and got rid of anyone who didn't fall in line with their beliefs despite being new to company and the culture.

Pros

Colleagues are easy to work with. Lots of support from all levels of management. Willing to work with you and help you understand your role better. Plenty of employee benefits, with an emphasis on mental health as well as physical.

Cons

Upper management unwilling to explore a 4 day work week despite resounding employee support.
