Pros

The pay was good. Nice benefits. You will be working with one of the more popular games engines.

Cons

We were promised no layoffs would be necessary, then they went with the layoffs. You can't work on personal projects or do anything without prior approval from the company, even if it's not related to your work. They mostly ignore their European offices.

Pros

Epic's overall package is excellent . Especially their medical benefit is the best you can get in the country.

Cons

You will need to be technically very strong to be successful as things change quickly and you will need to adopt fast to new tools and technologies .
