Pros

I think with fornite and Rocket league as two really fun titles it makes your experiences on the epic games teams enjoyable every day.

Cons

Big company, big company problems. Red tape and getting approvals from leadership, but this is pretty standard now.

Pros

- Money (salary + bonus + stock options) - Lots of vacation - Nice products - Great benefits (hardware, travels, swags)

Cons

- Work a lot (10h+/day) - Communication sucks - all slack-based, information does not follow the hierarchy - Wonder how we will get more income in the future with Fortnite's decline - Lack of finances transparency - Lack of HR and Legal transparency
