Pros

Very high level of talent as peers. Work/life balance is great. Very competitive compensation and benefits which is one of the best in the industry. After COVID they've supported full remote work.

Cons

Company team-building culture is less mandated than other studios, but it definitely isn't discouraged.

Pros

I think with fornite and Rocket league as two really fun titles it makes your experiences on the epic games teams enjoyable every day.

Cons

Big company, big company problems. Red tape and getting approvals from leadership, but this is pretty standard now.
