Pros

Pay is good for people entering or re-entering the workforce Cafeteria and food services are good quality and relatively inexpensive, considering how far the company is located from the city

Cons

Very long hours High pressure Obsolete software makes it very hard to find a job afterwards Culture of each leader blaming those underneath them

Pros

* Stable employment * Good benefits * Good starting pay

Cons

* Management is not open to feedback * Homegrown systems are worse than pretty much any available alternative * Salary growth does not keep up with the rest of the industry if you have transferable skills * Lip service paid to initiatives is not backed up by leadership support * Everything is cobbled together by a few clever people who figured out a passable way to do things. I learned better practices interviewing other places than I learned in almost a decade at Epic.
