Don't get too comfortable

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Decent starting salary for a recent graduate.

Cons

Antiquated software - stay here and too long and you won't have the tech skills to get hired anywhere else. You also won't have enough time to develop employable skills on your own when you're working 70-80 hour weeks.

Pros

I worked at Epic for a short while. They have good food, nice campus. Also you get to know about healthcare industry

Cons

Too long hours. Technology they use is outdated. If you want to work on new interesting projects I would suggest looking elsewhere

Great Atmosphere, Hard Work

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Epic strives to have everyone in their own office, with about half sharing an office with one other person. This is also a really great atmosphere, young crowd, beautiful artwork, and thorough training. They really put effort into training and wiki documentation. Your coworkers are smart and personable.

Cons

They really recruit the A crowd and put you to work. If you are a B+ person, you will possibly be hired but struggle with stress or hours in order to compete with your assigned responsibilities.
