Pros

Very smart and motivated peers, opportunities for career growth, merit and experience based hierarchy, high degree of freedom and responsibility early on

Cons

Wisconsin is a culturally and geographically bland area, everything the CEO says is gold even when she's wrong, poor public transportation, rampant car culture.

Pros

Challenging and intriguing work. No two days at the office are the same. You are given a lot of responsibility early on and you learn so much so quickly.

Cons

The only major downside (if you don't like it) is Madison, WI. I think it is a great city but a lot of people eventually want to leave.
