Pros

The people you work with are all intelligent and motivated to succeed. Great starting pay and benefits. Company is growing ridiculously fast, so there are many opportunities to advance early on if that's what you're seeking.

Cons

You will most likely be placed in a role with the expectation of working long hours (~60/week). Intense interview process. Administrative employees to a lesser extent. You must navigate your own way during training because everyone is too busy to be much of a resource (though this may be a positive for some people).

Lots of opportunities to take on more responsibility, great pay when compared to the rest of the market, good place to start a career

Cons

Not much opportunity to advance in your career after year 3, does not encourage a good work/life balance, must live in Madison, WI
