Pros

Great motto: Do Good. Have Fun. Make Money. Beautiful work environment. Focused on creative strategies for problem-solving. Strives for excellence. A strong, privately held company in a growing industry.

Cons

The rapid growth impacts every department and has everyone working very hard and fast to keep up. So many employees, it can be tough getting to know each other.

Pros

- nice buildings - you make your own schedule - managers not always on your back

Cons

- little room for advancement - work gets boring after a while - non-transparent salary increase/promotion - not much to do in the area - cold in winter

Pros

The people you work with are all intelligent and motivated to succeed. Great starting pay and benefits. Company is growing ridiculously fast, so there are many opportunities to advance early on if that's what you're seeking.

Cons

You will most likely be placed in a role with the expectation of working long hours (~60/week). Intense interview process. Administrative employees to a lesser extent. You must navigate your own way during training because everyone is too busy to be much of a resource (though this may be a positive for some people).
