Pros

- Excellent benefits. - Good work ambiance. - Good start up job as all the training will be provided. - Nice work colleagues.

Cons

- You are screwed if your TL thinks your aptitude is not sufficient. The bad part is, he is not always trained to measure it. He just derives it from random feedback from others. - Beware working with other TLs as they have the capacity to rate you for your pay hike and other growth opportunities. - 'You did a great job' note from your TL does not match the pay hike you get. And there is no reasoning if you try to inquire. - Your TLs knowledge can be very intimidating if you are a new hire and they do not have a process in place to make you feel educated. You are expected to know your stuff by the time you are 6 months old at Epic which does not work well. Especially given how integrated the software is.

Pros

It was nice being able to create my own schedule most of the time. The pay and benefits were also nice for a recent college grad.

Cons

I basically got released because my customer's go-live did not go perfectly. In July I received a bonus with a note from my boss saying how good of a job I was doing and then in August I was told I had one month left. WTF?!? My boss btw was on that project I mentioned above, which means I'm thinking I was a scapegoat for bad feeback. Happy to be out of there though.
