Pros

Agile company, rewarded for solid outcomes, intelligent co-workers, great facilities, young culture (not specifically young people- although there are those- but prides itself on being cutting edge/flexible/open to new ideas), solid benefits, always something new to work on

Cons

Rapid growth has resulted in some growing pains. Company culture does not translate completely into company policies that have been developed in response to handling growth. Work-life balance tends to be significantly mis-weighted.

Pros

I feel like I am working with the best people to make a difference for patients around the world, and making the healthcare field better.

Cons

Epic is struggling to balance the drastic growth it has seen and the need to maintain the small company feel. How can we fight complexity but still grow at this rate.
