Great work life balance. Good pay in a place where cost of living is decent. Work with some really smart people. You own your direction in the company but there are people to push you in the right direction. Great campus and individual offices are a plus. Also, you own your projects success starting from requirement gathering to release and after. Great work culture. The Do Good aspect of it is an added bonus.

Cons

Slow releases. You might not see the impact of your work immediately. Could take up to an year to see an actual impact. But this part is improving overall.
