Cons

Location is bad. Madison is very cold and they have no branches. Micro management is painful and your evaluation is dependent on your Team lead's gut feeling about you.

Madison was an amazing place to live Great salary Beautiful campus

Cons

The tech stack is extremely outdated (they're finally transitioning to web, but I only worked with visual basic and mumps) My work consisted of fixing bugs in old code - the one project I was given was never even started, because we could never get a design approved They try to sell you on how amazing the campus is - it's beautiful, but there's nothing beyond that Everybody drinks the kool-aid No working from home, they advertise flexible hours but you're required to be in the office by 9 All in all, they compare themselves to Google and Facebook but the perks don't even come close to comparing

- Location is good - If they like you, they will try to keep you there - First hand experience interacting with customers

Cons

- Somewhat arbitrary team assignment - The campus has no appeal beyond being visually strange (just offices). - The food is extremely salty and not very diet conscious.
