Pros

Beautiful campus, nice coworkers, great pay

Cons

No work-life balance, people will need to work in weekends sometimes as well. Not allowed to work from home, very less vacation compare to other companies. Work is boring and not challenging as a developer, the technology they are using is very old. Not good for future career.

Pros

Great campus in a great location Food is nice. Madison in general is a quiet and comfortable town. If you team is interesting then you will have a great time. There is a lot of push to move to C# in the coming years

Cons

Work is not very challenging if you do not get good projects. The path to leadership and career advancement is not very transparent.
