Pros

Dedicated in-depth training for the first few months (useful, though roughly 1/2 was Epic-specific) Lots of ownership over important projects very early on post-training. Great food - for me, worth coming in each day for the morning pastries alone. Seemingly stable career if you choose to stay.

Cons

Satisfaction seems to vary team to team and employee to employee - strong company culture that some vibe with and some don't. Emphasis on culture sometimes at expense of employee satisfaction. Ex. Limited WFH/time off

Not a real swe job

Pros

Easy to get in, high pay, cheap COL, chill starting class

Cons

Go here if you want your swe career to die. I joined as a non-cs self study thinking that epic would help further my career. I was wrong. It is more an IT job where you spend all day learning epic-specific processes
