Usually good pay. You don't work in cubicles. Moderate independence on how you execute projects you're assigned.

Cons

Off-putting cult-like culture that seems to be getting worse. Also, you're expected to "live" the job. Campus is way out of the way, but don't even try to bring up remote or flexible work.
