Free gym membership, 40% off all merchandise and services, good looking people, good tippers, flexible schedule, clean happy people

Cons

Commute, parking, pressure to look outside the box in order for them to meet their $$goals$$ yet compensation for your work done goes unappreciated, overlooked and ignored. Slightly self-serving, immature and distant immediate supervisor. A little too concerned with the numbers and less concerned with bad apples as long as they bring in the $$. A bit fear based.

This place is great to learn about Fitness if you are a veteran trainer good refresher course if you are a new trainer an absolute must they are on top of training education. cleaniest gym I have ever seen top of the line equipment.

Cons

Management they have no idea how to be leaders they are disorganized don't communicate effectively and our unapproachable. This might very location to location but this LA location.
