      I love how some of these "former" employees are so easy to bash the company. Equinox is tops in the industry at what they do. Look around at the competition. No structure, lack of direction and horrible customer service. This company has its warts just like any company out there, but at the end of the day everyone has tons of opportunity to grow and great potential to be successful.

      Cons

      Annoying former employees who are lazy and do not want to work, The ones that feel they should be paid 100s of 1000s of dollars just for showing up to work. Come on get with the program, work hard, have fun, be successful.
