      Get to Work out for free, if it's not close out

      Cons

      Terrible Hours, Working on Holidays, Working during snow storms, working for hourly associates who do not show up for work, With such a low salary you would think that there would be less hours worked but you would be wrong. Management is poor, or non-existent, when they fire managers they do not tell anyone the reason, so rumors spread constantly The members are terrible, remember it's a GYM!!!

      The marketing exceeds the experience, BAD Upper Management...sooner or later everyone gets thrown under the bus...Close Outs at end of the month are ridiculous

      Upper management is filled with bosses, not leaders. Pay is terribly low for a company that makes 300 million per year profits. Missed goals and management will bring you to tears on calls and in front of others. Little to no support from training manager. Mistakes fall directly on you. All about the sales attitudes. High turnover. No work life balance. In management, you work the last four days of the month at 12 hour days, basically calling for sales and begging for money and sessions in training. Days off aren't back to back so any sort of travel is nearly impossible.
