      Opportunity to transfer to different departments/positions internally Some areas you have the opportunity for advancement Decent work/home life balance

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are crap if you are non- Union. Ask for more when you are coming in, because once you're in, you don't budge. Very disappointed in the health benefits offered. For a healthcare organization, they should be ashamed

      Pros

      Nice coworkers. Pharmacist and other techs are very helpful. Decent wage. Can make pretty good money if you work a lot of overtime. Supervisor was great, very flexible and patient with all coworkers.

      Cons

      Can be very busy and hectic to work there. Often work short as people call in frequently. Schedule is very random and can be confusing at times. Very slow training process that can leave you feeling unprepared. High turnover of techs is frustrating as you are always working with new people.

      Pros

      Most of the people were friendly and fun to work with.

      Cons

      There seems to be no room for advancement for most people. There seem to be a few employees that are favored and get to move from position to position. There was no tuition assistance available even though they promote it.
