      Pros

      I experience a very positive work environment. I can not say enough wonderful things about the doctors and nurses I worked with.

      Cons

      Floating to other floors would be the biggest con, but it is necessary for staffing purposes. It was never a fun experience, other floors expect you know how they run.

      Pros

      Great place to work! Helpful coworkers and flexible schedule. They emphasize their key values and it really shows in that whoever you deal with throughout the facilities you get the same respect from everyone.

      Cons

      Honestly I can't think of any but I am not on site daily either.

      Friendly colleagues, a variety of roles and opportunities, ambitious and experienced leadership, good pay, good to be present at the beginning of a growing company

      Cons

      The are a LOT of internal politics and some areas are still in early stages, so do not run 100% smoothly such as IT
