      Benefits, collaboartion with other APP's and providers

      Cons

      leadership is terrible, surprisingly gets worse every year. We are not humans, we are money makers and nothing else. We are not valued, respected, and nothing is transparent here other than how can we get more out of you. Work -life balance is a joke, they state they support it but our work schedules say something totally different.

      I work for Essentia Sterile Processing Department at the main campus in Downtown Duluth. The team there is absolutely incredible! Super friendly, all sorts of personalities but the most important is that they make you feel like family!

      Rotating shifts, but they try their best to work with you!
