Pros

Office is in good location

Cons

The future of this company is uncertain as the they do not have enough business to cater for. There is no career growth in Euromonitor. Also, very limited scope of learning. Leadership team is just known for favoritism & politics. There is no positive strategy to grow the business. HR team is useless. They only know to copy paste glass door reviews. Working in this company is very volatile. I have seen them laying off employees on a regular basis. Overall, please do not join this company if you want to learn and grow in your career. If you are good at politics and know to just talk than perform, then you must join this firm.

Pros

Company's friendly culture, very smart and open people. Dynamic and interesting job scope, a lot of learning opportunities, clear career path, central office location.

Cons

A little bit crowded office and not really 'Google office' type. Changes happen often and they are set in motion from above, no opinions asked. Limited training and senior personnel development activities.
