      1) Metro connectivity is Good 2) Good people are around 3) Seniors are very helpful

      Cons

      1)Lots of hidden policies 2)Line manager is unprofessional behaves like people working under him are like slaves 3)Policy changes as per line manager wish and it changes everyday 4)Line manager expects everyone to work 24/7 including weekends 5)You cannot take sick leaves, if you take line manager takes action which is hidden nowhere mentioned in policy 6)You cannot take more than 3 paid leave if you take you are doing crime. 7)Line manager expects to follow 9 to 9 working hours, Indian labour law is no where considered 8) No compensation provided for additional working hours 9) Don't expect any career growth 10)No cab facility, no perks

      Pros

      Fantastic work life balance that embraces flexible working. Great office location in Clerkenwell, however, it would be good to be in a single office as opposed to working across 2 locations. Great support offered by the leadership team and particularly in technology where the head of the department is very approachable and willing to offer support. Some opportunities to travel due tot he global nature of the business and technology department. Regular social events for all staff.
