Pros

If you don’t want to learn or work then this is company for you. You can just chill out even if the application in production is down no one seems to care. You can leave the company when do you so you can spread a lot of negativity around the table and you can join back in few months they will welcome you with open arms.

Cons

Nothing to learn. Contrary you will loose your skills. Very very poor technical leadership. No direction. Not a place for people who have ethics. The less you work and more time you spend on fooling management the better chance you have to be promoted.
