Pros

Exceptional place to grow or sharpen your skills. Whether beginner or an experienced professional, it will do good to spend a while there

Cons

There is lack of leadership and it does not help in stressful situations or when in need of directing juniors to grow their skills

Pros

A wonderful place to work where age old legacy practices are favoured. The data the firm gives is the best

Cons

Too much of legacy psyche clouds or hinders progress. But in general not so much to mention

Pros

Nice people around with a few relics that have been around for more than 10 years. Depending on the team you are in, many goods things to come.

Cons

Some managers are questionable. The quality of 3 party external analyst are horrible and badly managed and should be looked at as it determined the outcome of many research projects.
