Pros

Working at Euromonitor was a great experience. A very international environment with the opportunity to learn about new trends in different industries from interesting and passionate colleagues. Even though it is a global company, it still has a start-up feel in many ways. very friendly, not too hierarchical, and many fun activities and CSR, volunteering and learning opportunities. Analysts also have the opportunity to be involved with high-profile events and conferences.

Cons

Some teams lack resources as their workload keeps increasing while the company grows. Sales teams alone cannot bring growth if other teams are struggling to support with good quality research, well-functioning IT and strong marketing and communication.
