Pros

Great work life balance. Interesting project. Decent benefits package, including medical aid and pension. Relaxed work environment. No micromanagement. Some remote work possible. Many opportunities for promotion.

Cons

Little scope for growth (skills development), which could lead to stagnation. Research methodology is a bit shaky - often, data is built based on the insights shared over the phone, as opposed to "hard" data. Work as a research analyst can become a bit repetitive, as we use the same templates over and over again.
