Amazing company

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible working schedule (even prior to the pandemic) Great company culture, friendly people, very human. Great exposure and interaction with major players Opportunities to attend and present at key industry events, interact with the press, write articles, record podcasts and videocasts for the blog. Support to become an industry expert that the press and companies listen to and trust.

Cons

Some people might get frustrated about promition times. Some tasks can be repetitive (soecialky those related to data building) but others are quite creative (writing brifings, building decks). Opportunities are there, but not everybody is able to find them or take them, and this depends on both the manager and the employee.
