      High turnover rate. Below market rate base salary.

      Flexible working hours. Work life balance. Comprehensive training provided to new employees.

      Cons

      Low salary, it is below market rate. Target impossible to achieve depending on which sector you are covering. You do not get any increment if you achieve less than 50% of your target, this is something they do not inform you during interview! High staff turnover rate. Whether you can achieve the target depends on your luck, some sector have it easy, some is almost impossible.
