Pros

One of the best hands-on schools for pro-active sales you can find, motivated colleagues, great atmosphere, lots of available internal trainings, interesting and innovative products and services. Lots of huge international clients to interact with. Various incentives available for top performers. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Poor management - the evaluation system changes quite often. The middle management knows that many of the evaluation criteria is not relevant, however, cannot do anything about it. It is hard to qualitatively comply with requirements and everyone just fakes it. It seems that this way everyone is happy.
