Pros

a bit laid back environment for a consulting company

Cons

Personally, I was doing well at my job, with performance reviews of meeting expectations and in some instances exceeding! Yet because the strategic team made a hiring mistake as they forecasted the consulting business to reach a specific target. The company decided to layoff a big portion of the consulting team in all the offices all around the world, and it all happened as a surprise and for some people it was even communicated through a Zoom call during their holidays

Pros

Great Benefits including generous vacation/holiday. Medical Benefits included for a "single" employee. Relaxed atmosphere/culture in office. They take ride in their CSR accomplishments and dedication

Cons

Core product is outdated and losing interest by more and more companies YoY. Severely undefined career path opportunities. Management style is stale and the company lacks transparency on comms to their employees. Only a small amount of sales reps hit their targets. Turnover fairly high
