Pros

Relaxed work environment with good work-life balance. Opportunity to work with big multinational clients and freedom to work with autonomy.

Cons

Salary seems to be average, or slightly below. Decent benefits though! no well-defined bonus scheme, with no dynamic incentives throughout the year.
