Pros

Good peers, good work life.

Cons

Still no effort to hire good leadership despite past feedbacks, questions on favouritism and promotion criteria, no on the ground listening and recent change had created a distrustful culture. HR is no longer a neutral feedback or help platform. feedback sentiments on working relationships with top management resonates with across departments and not only in sales. Yet with power did not come responsibility. Extremely un-open to feedback from those beneath him, and plays ranks anytime he gets especially for someone new.
