A good place to grow

Pros

Lots of smart people, safe environment to grow. Supportive colleagues. The projects are challenging and interesting. It's nice that there is at least a bit of flexibility to work from home.

Cons

The pay could be higher, also hours shorter. In Lithuania, compared to for example the UK office, here we work 5 hours longer each week. There could be more flexibility to work from home. There could be bigger budgets for team building.
