Pros

Hi guys, I’m working for Euromonitor more than a year and would like to share my experience with everyone whoever will go through this page. I never write feedback because I always think it’s all based on our performance. Please don’t mistake me, if my thinking is different. I have some positive feedback to share it with others 1. Great flexibility 2. Good benefits 3. You will get opportunity to work with some great people and there are some great opportunities as well. 4. Career progression often depends our performance and efforts. 5. Effort is recognized in meaningful way 6. You should be ready and willing to learn new technologies 7. Very supportive colleagues and leaders, with good work life balance 8. Good support from other offices as well 9. Very good support from management even during the COVID-19 pandemic. No layoffs, No pay-cuts, annual bonus paid on time, financial help to setup the home office etc. These all my very genuine feedback and I don’t have any concerns right now.

Cons

If I have any concerns then, I will share it here.

Many learning opportunities with a young, helpful and growing team

Pros

The best part has got to be the various opportunities to learn. One can develop and hone their skills with multiple types of software. New recruits are given the opportunity to be members of project management teams early on, which in itself allows individuals to gain a number of skills, the most important of which has to be people management. One also has the opportunity to interact with clients regularly -- certainly a vital skill to develop in any industry The people you work with are young, which means that the work environment is very friendly and positive and most importantly, free of the usual toxic Indian corporate work culture.

Cons

Long hours -- given the usual large number of ongoing projects with short deadlines, one might have have to stay late at the office for at least a week every month. But such is the norm with most Indian corporate in any case.
